Real Estate Market and Investment Shows

The strength of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market was on full display at the 14th International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS 2025). The event highlighted the city’s outstanding performance in the first half of 2025, with total real estate transaction values increasing by 39% to Dh51.72 billion compared to the same period in 2024. The show also featured various incentives for buyers, with some developers offering discounts of up to 20% on properties booked on-site.

Future Outlook and Driving Factors

The residential supply in Abu Dhabi is expected to rise significantly, with an estimated 10,400 units projected for completion by the end of 202 year and an additional 11,000 units scheduled for delivery in 2026. A key driver for this growth is the Golden Visa program, which has attracted substantial investment. With over 200,000 Golden Visas issued in 2024 linked to property investments, the program is estimated to have generated Dh400 billion in real estate investment in just one year.
